What should i expect during the first session? 

During the first session, we focus on getting to know each other and determining if we are a good fit. We’ll discuss your expectations for therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you may have. This session is exploratory, and for establishing alignment.

How often do sessions take place?

Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis. The frequency may vary depending on your needs and progress, which we can discuss as therapy continues.

Do you accept medical aid?

 I am not contracted to any medical aid schemes. Payment is required after each consultation, and you will need to claim the fees from your medical aid scheme. I can provide you with the necessary documentation to assist with the claim.

How long will i need to be in therapy?

The duration of therapy varies for each individual. Some clients may benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support.

What issues do you specialise in?

I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, workplace stress, and personal growth. If you have a specific concern, feel free to ask if it’s something I can assist with.
